How reviews work

Useful feedback starts with real experience.

Who can review?

Dentists who have attended the course. Please describe your own experience, explain what was useful and offer constructive criticism.

Before a review appears

Every submission enters a moderation queue. We check relevance, spam, personal information and potential conflicts. We may ask for attendance evidence. Moderation does not mean that attendance or every claim has been independently verified.

How ratings work

The overall score is the arithmetic mean of the 1–10 ratings from published reviews, rounded to one decimal place. Each published review counts equally. Pending, rejected or withdrawn reviews do not affect the score. An unreviewed course shows “No reviews yet”, not a zero score.

Your identity

Choose anonymous, first name or full name. Your email is not public. Do not include patient information or other people’s private details.

Fairness and conflicts

Do not submit duplicate reviews or reviews of courses you own, teach or market. Disclose any relevant incentive in your feedback. Providers cannot pay to remove criticism or change scores. Clearly labelled sponsorship, if introduced, will not affect ratings.

Corrections and disputes

Contact info@dcr.com (placeholder — not monitored) to report a factual error, raise a concern or request a right of reply. We assess relevant evidence and may temporarily withdraw a disputed review while investigating.
