Reena Wadia’s diploma is designed specifically for qualified dentists developing periodontal assessment and treatment skills. The year-long programme combines small-group seminars, practical work and individual mentoring. The syllabus includes non-surgical care, pocket-reduction surgery, crown lengthening and recession management. Published practical descriptions include models, animal tissue and demonstrations or patient-simulation videos; clarify what treatment delegates themselves perform. The EduQual Level 7 diploma is assessed through an essay, MCQs, case viva and reflective logbook. It is separate from Perio School’s hygienist and therapist programme.
